About Us

Clap is a consulting firm founded in 2018 in Salem, Tamil Nadu, by alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). We bring together business, policy and technology to help organizations use AI and data to make better decisions.

Our team brings expertise in three areas: data and AI (data science, text analytics, and healthcare and marketing analytics), sustainability (sustainability consulting, environmental policy, chemical sciences and corporate governance), and growth (digital marketing and strategy formulation). We stay with clients from the first question to working solutions, and our research-led approach has been published as teaching cases used in business schools.
